Brian C. Gremillion, MD
Life Source Medical Director – Team A
Dr. Gremillion graduated from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and performed his residency at Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge. He is a specialist in Internal Medicine and has practiced since 1989. He is Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He has served as Life Source Medical Director since 2004.
I. Joseph Albergamo, MD
Life Source Medical Director – Team B
Dr. Albergamo graduated from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. Following the completion of an Internship through Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, he performed his residency in Internal Medicine with Earl K. Long Medical Center, finishing in 1997. He has served as Life Source Medical Director since 2004.
Randi Freeze, RN, BSN, CHA
Randi Freeze began her nursing career as a registered nurse in 1998. Her hospice career began in 2003 and she joined the team at Life Source Hospice in 2004 as the Director of Nursing. She was appointed to the Administrative Team in 2007, and has been serving as Administrator for nearly 10 years now. She earned the designation of Certified Hospice Administrator in 2011.
Marty Tomasino, RN
Director of Nursing
Marty Tomasino began her career in nursing as an RN in the Cardiac ICU at Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown, MD in 1982. She started working in hospice when she came to Life Source Hospice in 2008 as an RN Case Manager. She was appointed Team Leader in 2010, and was promoted to Director of Nursing in 2016.
Terri Kaaihue has been professionally representing Life Source Hospice since 2010. She serves as an example of professionalism for our hospice community, advocating for the hospice benefit. She serves in many capacities, such as Vice-President of the EBR Seniors and Lawmen Together (SALT), Ambassador for the Ascension Chamber, and Service Projects Chair for the Rotary Club of East Ascension.
Keith Stark has been working in healthcare communications since 1993. He began working in the hospice field in 2009, and joined the staff at Life Source as a Community Liaison in 2015. Keith represents Life Source in many areas, such as the We Honor Veterans Task Force for the Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and the Leadership Board for the Baton Rouge Region of the American Cancer Society.
